Buckingham Personnel Services also has a Temp to Perm arrangement for employers who would like to try potential employees before offering them a permanent position. For a period of sixteen (16) weeks an employee that we place with your company remains on our payroll. Buckingham pays all wages and taxes that are incurred from this placement. After a period of sixeen (16) weeks you can hire this employee without having to pay a placement fee. The only cost that you will incur during this period is the weekly invoice from Buckingham Personnel Services. Should you decide to hire this candidate before the terms stated above, a buy out fee would be imposed.
